Nope, here's the information from the official wiki: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Gemstone_Staff

It's been a while since the official wiki became the reference for GW and the community moved to it instead of the old wikia. I strongly advise you get your info from there.

I don't know why you would say that. The pages on both wikis are nearly identical except for 1 possible typo.

Yeah. Really, it's just a matter of personal preference (I happen to like GuildWiki's layout better). The only reason there is an official wiki (and thus the only reason ANet stopped supporting GuildWiki as a favored fansite) is because ANet couldn't link to GuildWiki ingame (licensing issues, IIRC).
